Refund and Replacement Policy

We have a 25-day refund or replacement policy for damaged goods or items with manufacturing errors only, which means you have 25 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must have photo proof of damaged goods. Image must show item in condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not have a return policy at this time. So we cannot accept any items sent back. We offer a 25 day refund or replacement for damaged goods only. We work with a wide variety of independent vendors and all items are made to order so we strongly encourage you to double check your cart to ensure accuracy of your order. We are not responsible for incorrect orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.


We cannot accept any exchanges at this time. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund or replacement request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or sent a replacement item. (No need to send damaged item back) Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
